A very brave post! I have no answers for you. I must say I am having a good laugh at those E-cards in your side-bar though! Too true! Jody at Six Little Hearts recently posted…Wordless Wednesday – She’s Growing Up…
A dear friend of mine is in the boat with you and I totally understand how tough it can be. It’s just another world yo those of us who kiss our husbies goodbye as they head to the office. Take care those spreadsheets don’t eat you alive, honey?!!
Oh chick – I cant even imagine. I mean I worry about my hubby when he leaves for work for the day and all he does is drive around wholesaling alcohol. I need to stop taking for granted that he is here every night and every morning to help me because when I think about situations like yours, I suddenly feel like a massive whinger. xx Sonia Life Love Hiccups recently posted…A Bucket Full of Humiliation

Life is too short to be preparing for the worst! Live life now, enjoy love now – don’t deprive yourself and your husband of happiness because of fears of what may or may not happen in the future. Nobody has a crystal ball, no one really knows what the future holds. Anyone could have something happen to them at anytime that takes their lives and leaves their loved ones grieving. But what you definitely have is the present. I am a LEO as is my husband. I understand what your describing. But you can be strong, be loved and love in return without allowing the fear to trespass on your happiness now.

By all accounts, 1-2 x a week is doing well for a couple with young children… just sayin! x

I’m sure you have talked about it with him, but I hope he reads this post too – maybe work on it together
